Yoga session insights

We offer a diverse range of programs including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Face Yoga workshops, and specialized Therapy Yoga sessions for holistic wellness.

Hatha yoga focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) at a slower, more deliberate pace. It is designed to align the body and mind, making it an excellent foundation for beginners.

While both are dynamic, Ashtanga follows a specific, set sequence of postures in a fixed order. Vinyasa is more fluid and creative, with the sequence of poses varying from class to class while still linking breath to movement.

Yes, our Prenatal Yoga is specifically designed for mothers-to-be. However, we always recommend informing your instructor about your stage of pregnancy so we can provide the necessary modifications for a safe practice.

Typically, you can begin postnatal yoga 6 to 8 weeks after delivery. However, it is mandatory to get clearance from your healthcare provider before restarting any physical exercise program.

Our Face Yoga workshops are conducted periodically throughout the month, usually on weekends. Please check our 'Programs' section or contact us directly for the upcoming schedule.

If your doctor has specifically recommended bed rest due to complications, you should avoid physical yoga asanas. In such cases, we focus only on very gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation, but only after explicit approval from your medical professional.
