Brunda has been committed to yoga since her school years and has always had a strong interest in wellness. She truly believes that yoga is not about measuring yourself against others in terms of poses or postures.
The goal of yoga goes beyond simply perfecting a pose. It's not just about increasing flexibility or mastering handstands.
The real aim is to cultivate tranquility, balance and a deep sense of inner peace within your own body. Through her practice and patience, she discovered the true meaning of sharing yoga with others.
